Being alone vs being lonely

When you are lonely, be not alone When you are alone ,be not lonely The above sounds like a paradox or to some repetitive or confusing.. When you stop to ponder a while the truth strikes you. When you are lonely you should strive not to be alone.You may seek the company of family or good friends who understand your mindset better than others. When you are alone,you should keep your mind occupied by any activity that you like like Reading,Writing,listening to music or "blogging". Dear friends,what are your thoughts on this?
